For the continental United States (Lower 48 States) orders only; we provide FREE shipping. These are only estimates which can change during the holidays or adverse weather conditions. Tracking information will be sent by email once the order is processed. We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from the Continental United States (Lower 48 States). Items are normally shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx within 1 to 5 business days of when the order was placed. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (email us). Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 15 business days. At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping.
If your area is not in the continental United States (Lower 48 States) and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged. All associated fees & time will apply. There is no guarantee we can ship to those areas. Transit time for international shipments is 4-6 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. Please be aware that International orders may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt. uniqueitems.net is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes.They will have to be paid by you and will be another charge (fees + 25%) if uniqueitems.net has to pay them. All orders outside of the continental United States (Lower 48 States) are subject to higher shipping costs. Please email for shipping quotes before ordering, if you are outside the continental 48 United States (Lower 48 States).

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy of uniqueitems.net. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item; uniqueitems.net will then give a full refund (excluding restock fee (20%) & shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. uniqueitems.net will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service (USPS, UPS or FedEx).
